Individual Therapy
A supportive space to explore life stress, trauma, and identity transitions. I work with adults to build emotional safety, resilience, and a more integrated relationship with themselves.
Intake: $200 – 60 min
Standard: $170 – 50 min

Couples Therapy
Focused on strengthening emotional connection and understanding patterns of disconnection through an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens.
Intake: $200 – 60 min

Intensive EMDR Sessions
Extended EMDR sessions for deeper processing, ideal for clients ready for more intensive trauma work.
$200-$300 - 60-90 min
Consultation Services
Professional Consultation
For individuals exploring a transition into the mental health profession. These sessions provide structured guidance on educational pathways, licensure requirements, and professional positioning.
$200 — 60 minutes
Supervision
For post-graduate clinicians working toward full licensure in Washington State.
