Yes, I offer telehealth sessions for clients located in Washington State and North Carolina. Telehealth provides the same quality of care as in-person sessions from the comfort of your home.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories. Using bilateral stimulation such as eye movements or tapping, EMDR allows the nervous system to process stuck experiences so they no longer overwhelm you.
I request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to the full session fee. I understand that life happens, and I am happy to discuss rescheduling options.
Yes, I offer therapy sessions in both English and Mandarin Chinese (普通话). I welcome clients who prefer to work in either language or a combination of both.
